healthy ancedotes

-well..to lead, healthy life,,one must just move on,,,,one shouldnt let past emotions hold them back,,because past experiences or thinking about negative ones will hurt,,,so just move on,,just think that those past experiences were chewing gum,,which u have chewed ...there work is done,,,so u have spit the chewed gum asit is useless..kjust like that past experiences,,regrets dont give them any value in your life,,,

-if you are not happy with your present situation,,dont crib,,it will further worsen the situation,,instead keep yourself busy so that you dont think about your situation and if you cant change your situation just think that u have put is some shelf where you cant reach,,thats all///that is its not in your power to solve the problem....take help of time,,think that in time the problem which looks like a mountain will become a speck of dust so why care for it,....and increase your tension...
